Banú Bakery started with the goal of improving the quality of bread in México. Baking world-class bread means that we source the best ingredients combined with a perfect process.
As bread lovers, we also believe that México deserves more innovative recipes. You'll find that Banú Bakery showcases our creative side through our croissant. At our location in Codensa, you can try sweet and savory recipes that we develop with our Chef.
We're also obsessed with coffee and believe you'll find our brew as good as it gets in CDMX.
